Returns and refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your Colcouture collared top. But if for some reason you need to return or exchange it, then please review the details of our policy on returns and refunds prior to purchase.
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Cancel order' in the heading. If it hasn't been dispatched we'll cancel it and credit your account asap. If it has already been dispatched, unfortunately you'll have to return it.
If you have chosen a wrong size and want to exchange it for another you can.
If you've changed your mind you can return it for a refund.
If goods are faulty/damaged you can return it for a refund or exchange.
Sorry but since we're so small we can't yet do free returns so you'll need to pay for the postage back. However, if you're exchanging for a different size we will happily send another one out to you at no extra cost. If you get a refund for damaged/faulty goods the return postage will be reimbursed with your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with original tag.
To complete your return, go to your dispatch email with tracking details and click on the link there. It will take you to details of your order. Click on the blue 'Return your order' box and follow the details shown there. Please send the top back to: Colcouture Ltd, C/O James and James Fulfilment Ltd, Liliput Road, Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7DT United Kingdom using the address label provided.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank/credit card. If you haven't received it and you've checked with your bank again, then please contact us at email@example.com and we'll get on to it.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your top for a different size, please fill in details on the Returns and Exchange Form and send this with your item to: Colcouture Ltd, C/O James and James Fulfilment Ltd, Liliput Road, Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7DT United Kingdom
If the size you requested is not available we will contact you so you may elect for a refund or where possible select an alternative item at the same price.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Colcouture Ltd, C/O James and James Fulfilment Ltd, Liliput Road, Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7DT United Kingdom using the address label provided.
We're sorry but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods where basic shipping cost will be reimbursed as part of refund.
International customers must clearly mark their return packages ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable postal service and insurance. Proof of postage is not sufficient. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
